Install games from disc

Occasionally, for whatever reason, Steam fails to install correctly when launched from autorun. An alternative method is to open the run dialogue (Windows key + 'R') and type "C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam.exe" -install D: where C: is the drive where Steam is installed and D: is the drive in which the disc is in.
