Printer Error

Issue: Printer displays:

"Printer Error -> See printer documentation and call service if necessary"

Resolution:

  • Press and hold the following buttons until 'Init EEPROM' is displayed on the screen: Power, Load/Eject, Stop, B&W, Colour
  • Press colour to clear the protection counter
