Bad Pool Caller

Issue: During Windows XP installation, the PC displays the 'Bad Pool Caller' error message with a stop code of 0x000000c2.

Cause: Related to the modem drivers on the XP installation disc.

Resolution: Remove the modem before starting the installation. After the system boots into Windows, the modem can be fitted back in.
